Terms of Use

Sahakari Farms and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at sahakarifarms.in or aryacashews.com or sahakaris.com, you accept these conditions.

These websites sell products under the brand names:

  • 'Arya Cashews' - Arya Cashew Products Private Limited, a sister concern

  • 'Sahakari Farms' - A proprietorship

All Terms & Conditions, Cancellation, Returns & Shipping policies etc are applicable to all the websites and products regardless of brand name.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

    1. We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it’s shipped—whichever comes first. If you need to cancel, we’ll process a refund with a minimal 5% processing fee, which helps us cover the payment gateway charges. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to keep things running smoothly!

    2. To request a cancellation, simply visit the ‘My Orders’ section of your profile on sahakarifarms.in or write to us at sahakarifarms@gmail.com.

  2. Special Products & Offers

    1. Please note that products purchased during special offers are final sales and cannot be canceled or refunded.​

Returns Policy

We at Sahakari Farms strive to deliver the best quality products to you. All our products undergo a thorough quality check and assessment before shipping. Since the products are farm fresh, each product is unique and may vary in terms of consistency, texture, colour etc. Return requests will only be considered for damaged products on a case-to-case basis.

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or with a sub-standard quality (highly unlikely!) or if the packaging is tampered with, please mail us the details at sahakarifarms@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect along with an unboxing video.

  2. The shipping charges for sending the products back to us has to be borne by the customer.

  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team to assess the claim.

  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

  5. We do not have any exchange policy yet.

Additional terms for returns

  • Products without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • The products should be unused.

  • Return requests that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • Products bought during sale are non-returnable.

  • Exchange will not be accepted if the product has been customized.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders​

  • Shipping is free for all orders above ₹1,000.

  • We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc.

  • Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.

  • Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.

  • In case of change in delivery address, email sahakarifarms@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order. If the shipping charges need to be revised as per the new address, the different needs to be paid by the customer.

International orders​

  • We Charge Flat Shipping Fees basis the number of products bought and its weight.

  • We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.

  • Any customs or import charges has to be borne by the customer.

  • In case of change in delivery address, email sahakarifarms@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order. If the shipping charges need to be revised as per the new address, the different needs to be paid by the customer.
